Text Box: SIMPLY FIRST AID (A4)

SIMPLY FIRST AID. Alan has, once again, brought first aid explanations within the reach of most people’s vocabulary. Whilst the explanations in here are not as comprehensive as in his first book, First Aid Explained, which has 200 pages including self-help questions, the reader will find this to be an excellent first aid book to complement a full first aid course, including FIRST AID AT WORK.

There are few medical terms within these pages, and only there if those terms are also part of everyday language. Keeping a copy of this book close to a first aid box for quick reference is a good idea, although it is no substitute for attending a first aid course where practical sessions and discussion aid learning and understanding.

As with First Aid Explained, STUDENTS will enjoy this book because they will not find any long medical words or terms unless there is a reason for using them.

FIRST AID TRAINERS will find that Simply First Aid complements almost any style of training because it presents information in a logical order, follows approved protocol but also has enough latitude to enhance individual trainer methods instead of directing them.
