MANUAL HANDLING Under the Manual Handling Regulations, 1992 each employer has a duty to assess the risks to staff who lift and carry at work.
This in a generalised Manual Handling course, where delegates can start to understand their legal obligations under the 1992 Regulations as well as the importance of correct posture etc when lifting and handling.
Each delegate will have the opportunity to discuss his or her working environment and the best way forward to minimise the risk of injury due to poor lifting & handling techniques. |
